Abigail Enterpise Entrepreneurship Development

This transformative 24-month programme is designed to empower South African women from disadvantaged backgrounds to become financially independent and confident business leaders. The initiative focuses on equipping participants with both the entrepreneurial skills required to build profitable businesses and the personal development tools needed for long-term success.

The programme begins with an intensive 5-month face-to-face training phase, held once a week from Monday to Thursday, 09:00–11:00. During this period, participants engage in practical, hands-on learning that covers key aspects of starting and managing a business, including financial literacy, business planning, marketing, customer relations, and operational management.

Beyond business skills, the programme places strong emphasis on personal mastery, helping women build confidence, discipline, resilience, and leadership capacity—critical qualities for sustainable success in both business and life.

Following the initial training phase, participants enter an 18-month follow-up support programme, with monthly sessions focused on mentorship, accountability, business growth, and ongoing skills development. This extended support ensures that participants are not only equipped with knowledge but are also guided as they implement and grow their businesses in real-world environments.

By the end of the programme, participants will have developed the capability to:

  • Start and manage a sustainable business
  • Make informed financial and strategic decisions
  • Build confidence and personal discipline
  • Contribute meaningfully to their families and communities

This programme is more than training—it is a journey of empowerment, enabling women to take control of their future and create lasting economic impact.
